Art, Craft and Design Technology are areas of the curriculum that our children all enjoy. When you visit Grimsdell you will see wonderful displays of the children's work. Here is a sample of what they can do (click on a picture to see a larger version):
Grimsdell School
I like playing at school with my friends. I like activities like ICT, art, writing and maths. I think Grimsdell is a lovely school. The teachers are lovely, the head is lovely. I like English, I like my friends and I like all the activities. I came here in Reception. My teacher's name was Miss Warden. The subjects are PE, Maths, Science, History, Geography, Art, Drawing, PT and ICT. The lunch is very tasty and I sit next to Charlie, Tarak, Eathan, Ayman, Alexandros, Marcel, Hanah and Amirah. I play in the sand and sometimes run around in the playground with my friends and play spying games.
I go to hockey club and drawing club. Our school trips are really a lot of fun. I went to Southend in Year 2. There was a pier, a train, a fun fair, a beach and an aquarium.
Your children will love learning here at Grimsdell. It is the best.

Hello, my name is Lucy and are you looking for a brilliant school? Well, here is one. It is Grimsdell and it is a wonderful school. There are some lovely things and people at Grimsdell like the wonderful lovely teachers, the brilliant work, the school trips like Jenny Wren, Gunnersbury Park, Aldenham, National Gallery and Southend. We also have a gigantic, brilliant playground and we have a science garden where is a pond and some fish. We also have some awesome play. In Reception it was Caterpiller Boogie. In Year One it was in the garden. In Year Two it was Hansel and Gretel.
One day a year we have spares day and we have activities and in the afternoon we have more activities like Hook the Ducks or Hunt for Gold. We have so much fun.
All year round this is a brilliant school. Your children will love it.

Hello, my name is Anton. I have been in this school for four years. At this school the teacher gives us examples before we start to work. We have got two playgrounds. The first playground is for Nursery and Reception. The second playground is for Reception, Year One and Year Two.
We also have fantastic trips. We have been on a canal boat that goes on a canal called the Jenny Wren, The Gunnersbury Park museum, Aldenham, The National Gallery and Southend. Every year we go to the chapel and celebrate the harvest festival.
On sports day we do lots of activities. We get to do two plays a year. In Year One we start swimming after the Easter holidays and continue till the end of Year Two. In Year Two we go to the science garden sometimes and we get to know what a roamer is and what it does. We do marvellous maths, super science, English, independent IT and great geography. We get stickers if our work is great.

Hello, my name is Guy and welcome to Grimsdell Pre-Preparatory School. I am going to tell you all about it here. The teachers are very kind and helpful and they also amazing and great. The work we do is always interesting.
When school finishes we have after school clubs and late room. On Fridays we have chocolate biscuits for snack and Golden Time at the end of the day. We also have to follow the Grimsdell way which is how to behave.
We do PE, Music and Swimming. Most of all we have Sports Day when we do a dance and do sports. We also go on exciting things like the Jenny Wren and Southend. We do have delicious lunches and sometimes we have treats for dessert. We have two playgrounds and a Science Garden. Last of all we do cooking.

Hello, my name is Shay. Grimsdell is the coolest school in the world. The teachers are kind and helpful and they never tell you off. In Grimsdell the teachers let you choose long or short books. In Year Two and Year One you can go swimming at the Mill Hill School. There are lots of fun clubs and every year they change.
At Grimsdell there are two playgrounds, one for Nursery and one for Year Two and Year One. We have been on lots of fun outings like the Jenny Wren, Gunnersbury Park, Aldenham Country Park, National Gallery and Southend.
In Grimsdell you get to do lots of fun activities like art and maths. Our lunch is so yummy. Sometimes in Geography you can do Mexican cooking. One of the nicest things you can do in class is Golden Time. If you have been a very hard worker you can get a star or smiley face. In lego you can play with the lego or wooden bricks. You can also play with lots of other toys. At Grimsdell in PE you can have it outside.

Hello my name is Jake. Our school is called Grimsdell. We have 2 playgrounds, one for Nursery and Reception and one for Year 1 and 2. We have a science garden. We have a pond in the science garden. We have Golden Time on Fridays.
At Grimsdell we have after school clubs. We go on school trips. We do school plays. Grimsdell has swimming starting from Year 1. We have a Harvest Festival every year in the chapel.
Our school has a Grimsdell Way. It helps us not to argue. We have a Roamer. It does what we ask it to by its buttons. A Roamer is an oval shape machine.

Let me tell you about my school. At Grimsdell we have a school council. I started in year 1. We do Music, PE, Maths, English and PHSE. Every year we do three plays. The first one is Hansel and Gretel but we haven't done the other two yet.
In the classroom we have a white-board and we play games on it. The games we play on it are maths games.
Every Friday we have Golden Time which is when we get to play games or colouring or lego. We have after school clubs are Hockey, jewellery club chess, playground games and cricket. My favourite bit is the playground bars outside.
I enjoy this school and you must send your children to our school.

Let me tell you about my school. It is called Grimsdell. In Grimsdell we have English, Maths, Geography, Science, Music and ICT. When you start year one you go swimming and when you start year two you learn French.
The head of Grimsdell is called Mrs Bennett-Mills and the deputy head is called Mr Dobson. In every year there are three classes. The years are called Nursery, Reception, Year One and Year Two.
After every year we have Sports day. It is a day of fun activities. First we have sport and then we have other things. Sports day is also the leaving of year two.
After Grimsdell comes Belmont and after Belmont comes Mill Hill. So if you're looking for a good school, Grimsdell is the one.
